BSM MARKET does not require or create a user account. When you choose to submit an enquiry, we may process your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, selected public project, preferred contact method, requested date or time, message, language, consent choices, source page and campaign parameters. We also create one-way security hashes from limited connection and contact data to rate-limit abuse and identify duplicate submissions. We use this information only to receive and respond to your request, coordinate the requested brokerage or viewing service, protect the service from misuse, maintain necessary business records and comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by technology providers used to host, secure or operate BSM MARKET and may be shared with professional advisers, transaction counterparties or competent authorities only when necessary for a service you request, when you instruct us to do so, or when disclosure is legally required. Internal access is restricted according to operational need.

The BSM MARKET Android app requests only internet access and network-state access. It does not request access to contacts, camera, microphone, precise location or broad device storage. User-initiated file selection or downloads use Android system interfaces. BSM MARKET does not access device content in the background.

Marketplace enquiries and related security records are reviewed periodically and are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, maintain legitimate brokerage or compliance records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or satisfy legal and regulatory obligations. Information that is no longer required is deleted or de-identified where appropriate.

You may request deletion of personal data connected to a BSM MARKET enquiry through our public data-deletion page. We may need to verify that the request relates to you. After verification, BSM will delete or de-identify eligible enquiry data that is no longer required, subject only to information that must be retained for a legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting or regulatory purpose.
